Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

*You Will Need*
– 100g mixed berries or fruits of your choice 🙂
– 150g organic low-fat yoghurt
– 1 tbsp organic ground flaxseed
– a blender
– a glass
– a pink straw (optional 😉

    Love the look of this recipe!! however, there’s no way you would be able to
    drink it through a straw, so I’d probably add some almond or rice milk to
    it 🙂 xx
