Cheap Lazy Vegan Meals

    Ever since I went vegan, I eat everything with Sriracha! I thought it was
    just me.

      just stating facts. Humans bodies are not built to eat most meats and this
      is also fact. Why do you think we have to prepare and cook most meat before
      eating? Our stomach doesn’t destroy bacteria from meat like carnivores do.

      it’s to do with having large intestines and the pH of our bile.

    I love a quick beans and rice. Just cook onions with a sprinkle of salt.
    Add kidney or black beans along with cajun season, chilli powder, black
    pepper and salt to taste then add water and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes.
    I mush some beans a little bit. Originally, beans and rice takes a long
    time, but who has the time!

      +ak47ava .dman canned beans have extra sodium and dried beans are cheaper
      and you get more!

      kritta chowdhury u can cook your beans in a slow cooker overnight for 10
      hours on low NO salt until after they’re soft. The salt will prevent the
      beans from softening.

    I put turmeric in with white rice to make it super bright yellow, you can’t
    taste it and it’s super good for you, great anti inflammatory

      very good.

      yes, this is my favorite way to have rice 🙂 as a side note: tumeric is
      especially good for ppl with endometriosis or any other illnesses which
      cause inflammation!!

    What the hell is Sriracha and why are all vegans obsessed with it? i feel

      I’m vegan and I can’t stand the taste of sriracha. I feel like it’s a bit
      overrated tbh..and that’s coming from someone who likes spicy sauces..

      Sriracha is a mild-moderate hot sauce. I put it in my guacamole for a bit
      of a kick. I don’t really use it for much else. Well, maybe spicy mayo…
      with sweet potato fries. Omg…mmm

      If you like spicy food, I definitely recommend it. And it’s not super spicy
      either, so even if you can’t handle spiciness, I’d maybe try a bit of it to
      start. I’ve never met a person who doesn’t like it!

    white rice is washed in toxins and unhealthy. Brown rice is the way to go

      True! white rice is white because it’s bleached in toxins! also
      occasionally bone marrow, like they use in sugar! it’s even recommended to
      wash brown rice in a mixture of water and baking soda!
