Are they use to being active? If not, then I would suggest they start off
slow, maybe only doing the low impact or only half of the workout. But its
good they wanna be active, too many kids today are only concerned about
      electronics and video games.

super helpful!! i had to step up the lunges because we do those for warm-up
in cross country. i really liked the jumping jacks + lateral jumps 😀 the
yoga at the end really helped me stretch out and relax, i’ll make sure to
    do it more often!!

Thanks so much, I am glad to live in a world of support where one another
can just show how nice we are. I am thankful that you took time out of your
day to be negative an not stop by. But then act as if your positive. Thank
you for being awesome. Karma is my best friend. So now time to lift. And
hopefully more people you will be there to motivate. I am so glad you care
      for your fans

I’m 160, 5’4 and 16 years old. Does anyone know any good diets or anything
to help me out? I’m really struggling with my weight and feeling super
depressed because of it. Almost every day I look in the mirror and cry
because of it; last year I weighed 130. I was soo much smaller, I know I
have no one to blame but myself. But I just need some help from someone &
    nobody will help me.

You should be proud of yourself for doing something about it rather than
just feeling depressed and letting it be. My top diet advice would be 1.
Most importantly, drink lots of water. Your body holds on to excess weight
when you’re dehydrated, and also tries to conserve energy (calories) to
make sure you don’t lose more. 2. Don’t eat after 9pm 3. 3. Eat more lean
meat like chicken and turkey, and fish( fish is SUPER health food) and less
red meat (pork and beef) 5. Instead of white rice, bread, and pasta, look
for whole wheat of the same. 6. Add fresh fruit and veggies. 7 AVOID sugary
drinks like fruit juices, soda, milkshakes. Sometimes they have as many
calories as whole meals. 8. Use smaller plates. It helps you feel satisfied
after a meal, even if you eat less than normal. Please don’t let your
depression get out of control. First, you don’t deserve to feel miserable,
and second, because stress wreaks havoc on your body and contributes to
weight gain. Try to relax, and focus on your progress and your process.
Also, when I gained weight before, the most effective workouts (although
it’s too tiresome to do every day) were sprints and squats.

I know exactly how you feel… I’m currently working on loosing some weight
(lost about 10 pounds so far) and it’s so fucking hard and I honestly hate
myself for not caring about my body before. I can’t really give you any
tips I can just tell you what worked for me so far which is turning vegan
and tons of cardio with some weight lifting
