    Hi! I have a question. There is no need to do weights to burn fat in the
    belly, right? By doing this video workout, I am still able to burn fat as I
    would if I lift weights?

      Mighty Horse same im 12 and im doing this but still makes my abs sore.
      Russian twist gets really hard at the end

    September 18 – day 1: I’m doing this for 30 days. Morning and night, not
    doing any other workout video. I run cross country and we run every day, we
    swim, and do yoga. I will update you all on if this works. I don’t have
    abs, but I’m hoping this will help. Day 1 update: it hurt, no abs yet
    obviously.

    I am currently 125 lbs, with 30 inch waistline..I have started doing this
    today Nov. 14, 2016 (and daily Yoga with Adrienne)…please send me a reply
    after a week and I’ll let you know if this worked for me or not!

      don’t do such a foolish thing..you gonna “burn” your abs..do that 2 days a
      week max and be patient and consistent so you can see results in a period
      of time..also the key for having a flat belly is your diet and nothing more.

    Calorie burning is not what I’m concerned about if I do a workout like
    this. My core feels stronger, my legs and glutes got some work. But for
    calorie burning, I take a walk or hike in the hilly city where I live.
