Lemon Pepper Chicken

Cooked with: Organic Refined Coconut Oil
Protein: Organic Chicken Breast
Greens: Organic Kale + Scallions + Basil
Seasonings: Organic Lemons + Himalayan Sea Salt + Rainbow Peppercorns

    Hey Brett! If you give those lemons a really firm roll on the counter when
    you buy them and then about an hour before you cut them you are going to
    get TONS more juice out of them. It really softens them up and releases the
    juice in them.

    Allow me to clarify a mistake. There is no such thing as a Non-GMO salt.
    GMO= Genetically Modified ORGANISM. Salt =/= Organism based. Okay, I am

    Try using the skin of the lemon before squeezing as lemon zest, gives it
    some tangy and the yellow color complements the green onions and black
    pepper :)
