Hi Kristina, I would like to know your opinion on birth control. By this I
mean, the depoprovera shot, the nexplanon arm implant, the pill and IUD’s.
Do you think they’re a good thing? Or a non natural thing? Can be harmful?
I would loveeee to hear your opinion because this is something I struggle
      with

this is so irresponsible, I’m astounded. 5000 years of ancient chinese
medicine and every TCM practitioner on the planet will tel you , that
eating raw causes too much cold and dampness in the body, which causes
stagnation in several systems, can tax the spleen (digestion), and the
bodys ability to digest and utilize nutrients to build qi, which in turn
causes blood loss and and problems with menstruation, fertility, sleep,
hormone balance and more.. its such bullshit that so much cleansing needs
to happen in order to balance hormones and get normal periods without
pain.. often, the body needs to be WARMED energetically, not stagnated by a
cold raw vegan foods all year round.. cold slows down the boys
processes..she’s not educated nor equipped to be teaching women on this
issue simply because she eats vegetables for a living. hormones are built
off of many saturated fats and without them, our hormonal system slowly
degrades… irresponsible… in fact, you’ll begin to experience more
insomnia and anxiety going ‘fully raw’ long term as it begins to strip the
myelin sheath that surrounds and protects the neurons in the brain that
save you from anxiety, depression and keep you grounded. natures perfect
diet is not raw vegan, nor is it raw vegan for everybody. as a
practitioner, this is incredibly irresponsible.. i hope she has practice
insurance because suggesting these things for everybody can cause sickness
. And no it does not increase libido it decreases it… you lack yang
energy on a vegan diet – its the diet monks go on to increase estrogen and
decrease testosterone in th body… so the opposite actually happens as men
becomes more feminized on this diet.

Irregularity is never normal and having no period is a sign of an eating
disorder. It is not ok, and it is not about cleansing the body. People need
to do research before listening to this quackery. Please DO worry if you
aren’t getting periods after going raw or vegan. Go see an actual doctor,
especially if you’re underweight. There’s a reason these diets are
considered eating disorders. Not normal. Stop saying it’s normal. OMG I do
not like this woman anymore after watching this video. She doesn’t even
know what she’s talking about. Discharge before and after your period is
not about ovulation, discharge midcycle is. Get it together.

is it necessary to have only oraganic fruits and veggies ?? as at my place
its not easily available .. does non organic ones does not helps out ?

      September 6, 2016 at 6:26 pm

better to be eating vegan, with non organic veggies, than non-vegan, in
general 🙂 organic is ideal but not necessary. You’ll still get health
benefits from eating more fruits and veggies

What is a Cycle in periods? I still don’t know what it is (got mine
    recently) :-/

    • M M

      August 23, 2016 at 3:10 pm

Your cycle is the entire thing (28 days or how long your days are is your
cycle, mine is 35-40 days). The first day of your period is the first day
of your cycle and the last day is the day before your next period. I would
recommend buying the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler.
      Hope this helps!

low testosterone. I never feel full and could eat all day long. my blood
work proved that. what do you recommend I do to get this back to normal?
the doctor has prescribed lots of meds.

Thanks Kristina. If you are calorie counting for weight loss (i am in my
40’s and not losing weight ) do you recommend following the same amount of
calories for fully raw, than not?? Also, do you have any food intolorances
that you stay aways from and/ or do you limit the nuts and seeds? I see
different reports on avoiding nuts and seeds. Thanks so much!

I feel like another factor for women having specific to women issues on a
certain diet, we need more fat on our bodies than men (no matter what
gender or lifestyle you identify with) and should have a slightly higher
percentage of fat than men (15% is probably fine). If you do fine on a 10%
or less fat diet then great! But if you’re not that person, try a few more
grams of fat each day for a while. Can anyone confirm/provide evidence
    against?
