What I Eat in a Day (healthy slimming recipe ideas!)

Alrighty guys, so you asked me to show you what I ate in a day so I chose a random day and recorded everything I ate! This is a pretty typical food day for me given that it's summer so there's lots of fresh veggies and salads. My meals will generally change throughout the seasons but it's usually high protein and low carb. I will have a YOLO meal or a cheat meal once a week if I need it!       +Liene .Bērziņa I can see your side as well, I have had experience with
      high carb diets. Tried Raw Till 4 but it really didn’t work for me. The
      starch solution diet was better but it still didn’t fit my needs. I tried
      Ketosis and after about a week of feeling like rubbish, I was finally in a
      good state and I’ve been this way for almost half a year, a fat burning
      machine, and I’ve lost almost 9kg, losing about a pound of that in the
      first week!

      DO YOU HAVE ANY EVIDENCE TO BACK THAT UP? Saturated fat is one of the worst
      things you can eat for energy and heart disease. Fat goes straight to your
      waist, and clogs up the lining of your arteries. Low carb diet’s are a very
      bad idea. Your brain and muscles get their energy from carbohydrates.

    Hey guys! Here’s what my calorie intake was if you’re interested: 1597
    cals, 163g carbs, 39g fat, 161g protein. You can see how I broke it down

      cause high blood pressure and a variety of other diseases.

      +MÅŞŔĮ ØMÅŔ and a lot of people gain weight initially on a high carb diet.
      They eventually lose it if they stay on it long enough. You probably didn’t
      stay on it long enough.

      Eh. I eat a majority of fruit and a small amount of grains/carbs and I feel
      great, my acne is clearing up, I feel fresher, my hair is super smooth, and
      my stomach isn’t so puffy

      I’d seen brushed their teeth before eating breakfast it’s not like I was
      insulting anybody

      Sorta late but most people brush their teeth and wait a while (most
      toothpaste brands recommend waiting 30 min so the fluoride can do its job
      without being wiped away by food) before eating because the general acidity
      of the foods we eat temporarily weakens teeth enamel which means it can be
      worn down faster when the physical motion of brushing is applied.

    I like the banana/egg pancakes except I add a bag of quaker oats to the
    recipe, for the extra protein and helps fill you up
