Dear Freelee, do you think that if I want to lose my water weight I should
completely aviod salt in my diet??

You don’t have to avoid it completely beacuse that’s really difficult! But
just try to get in a maximum of 1000 mgs (1g) of sodium per day. Beacuse
sodium needs a lot of water to store. Tips to reduce your salt intake is:
don’t add any salt to your meals, and eat food with low salt 0,3 milligrams
of salt sauces and things like that :). Hope I helped you 🙂

Bravo I’m eating lots of bananas mangos carrots applies kale spouts some
rice a little almond milk of mixed berries vegan sushi which is amazing but
I gotta confess I am addicted to eating bananas and I buy on a lot of them
and I put them in the freezer and I’ll need a few out to eat and I’m
feeling a huge difference already and I’m about as far down as you can go
my health was bottoming out my digestive system was messed up I develop
pancreatitis colon issues I stop having a period for three years as soon as
I start to eat and when I started having my period again my energy levels
going back up I slowly feel it coming off of me in over 2 weeks now and 3
and I’m just excited to get clarity of Mind back it’s like waking up some
people were trying to tell me that I was doing the wrong thing and there’s
no convincing me of anything about I need more protein through eating meat
which is tortured animal and I don’t go there one guy was trying to
convince me to eat bone marrow and I was like yeah so torture them all once
again I don’t think so go fruit yourself hehe blows my mind the things
people tell me like aren’t you going to get constipated and I’m like no for
the first time in 3 years I’m not constipated plus I got my period back
plus I’m starting to lose weight and I’m hardly doing anything just changed
my diet to complete raw vegan lifestyle thank you so much for all of your
videos have been very inspiring I can’t tell you how grateful I am I’ve
been through a lot of emotional traumas and a lot of things last 6 years
that bottom me out from my original vegan lifestyle before so this is
amazing change and a new beginning in my life

I disagree about salt, salt equal taste, no salt not much taste, I
personally can’t touch unsalted potatoes, health damage is to minimal to
    even consider.

that’s actually incorrect information.. it does depend on each person.. the
best clean salt actually needed.. it’s a good idea non too abuse salt..
it’s best to consume it up to taste.. it takes a while to get to your ideal
amount.. that means you might eat little, another might eat lots.. it’s
also important that no salt is dangerous!! do some Google research on how
negative low salt eating can be.

I just saw this video. I cut out the salt and fat . I am 54 years old. I
have been running around 6 miles or more every day and even did the
marathon 1 year ago. I am not over weight but would like to slim down. have
been doing this for 3 years. have done all nasty diets and exercise
excessively over the past years till now, would loose weight but look
unhealthy. I weight 118 a few months ago 113 pounds looking for
    suggestions.

Similarly, we get enough sugar from eating fruits and vegetables, so please
explain why you promote adding refined coconut sugar to smoothies.
