I’m going to England in 12 months .I wish to lose all my weight before i go
traveling with my friends.. I started off 220lbs now 198lbs my goal is
150lbs … It’s an uphill struggle and i’ve slipped up a few times but i’m
more dedicated than ever… IT isn’t easy

That’s amazing! could you please share what you’ve been doing. Like how
many times you usually work out and the types of healthy foods you eat?

+Officially Joyce Of course … First .. i highly recommend using a fitness
app .. The one i’ve used and have had success with is FitnessPal you can
find it in the google store.. There you log (by using barcode) every thing
you eat and drink … You put in your current weight and your goal weight
and it will automatically assess a certain amount of calories you should be
      eating ..
You also put in your exercise and how long you do it …

For the workout .. I started out slow.. My apartment has a tiny gym and i
would walk for as long as i could switching the pace and incline .. At
first i could barely make it past 25 mins .. eventually i worked my way up
to 45 burning 300 calories this was on the treadmill .. The eliptical is my
favorite though you lose way more calories in less time …

whatever exercise you choose you need to be able to up the intensity level
when your body starts to become adjusted just to challeng yourself but
start off slow … Eventually add in some strength training ..I personally
worked out for 6x a week resting on Sundays ..

For food .. I didn’t want to starve myself but i did have to learn to cook
for myself .. ( I rarely ever eat out) look up recipes online for foods low
fat , low sugar … DRINK PLENTY OF WATER… i cut out all soda and
juices… Lean Meats and Plenty of Protein wherever you can find it Turkey,
Fish , and Lean Cut Beef.. I cut out most pork and substituted with with
Turkey. You have to experiment to see what works for you , but just stay
      under your calorie range …

The best app for checking out what foods to uy * Fooducate …. it will let
you know the healthy grade … anything below at least a B or C dump it …
      and that’s it ….

The biggest challenge for me has been my binging.. I still do it at times
so i’m really trying to break that habit … It’s all mental .. Watch your
portions and your snacking and Dont Quit .. We all mess up but if you keep
      going it’ll happen …

Finally, and i’m really sorry this is long .. No matter what size you are
200lbs + up know that your body WANTS to lose weight .. We weren’t meant to
naturally be that size so if you keep at it , your body will normalize ..
oh and by a good digital scale but don’t obsess over it

Haha it’s alright! You went into a lot of detail and gave me insight from
your perspective so thank you. Yeahh I love fitness pal, I use it to log my
meals in aswell. Oo I think I might try something different to challenge
myself more and try the elliptical cause right now I mainly do HIIT. Need
to start doing more weight/strength training aswell. Yesss water is the
best, that’s literally the only thing I drink tbh. But your right about
just experimenting with food and seeing what works for you. Ahh never heard
of that app, thanks I’m going to download now. Yeahh I totally understand,
I’ll eat clean all week then sometimes I binge. It’s really a mental
struggle and I’m working on it too. I’m just trying to find the root of the
problem and say to myself that I’m in control. It really is a healthy
lifestyle and have to see food as a fuel that can be an enjoyable
experience rather than just eating for the sake of it. I have to remind
myself not to rush the process. What appears to be slow to be ‘slow or
‘long’ is actually necessary for your destination. We will get there in the
end and you’ll definitely be able to meet your goal by the time you get to
England. Thanks for your comment and wish you the best.

8 months ago I list 15 pounds and was very happy. This was with a
combination of a good diet and exercise. I did not reorder and I regret
this as any other book may be less but did not work. Now I am back on
track. Thank You! Discover it from here >>
