    I’m 32 but as a black woman I’ve been very concerned about maintaining my
    body and looks as I approach my 40’s & 50’s……..before I found your
    channel, Tina Knowles (Beyonces mom) was my inspiration for aging
    FABULOUSLY, but now you are definitely one of my top inspirations. I HATE
    that unfortunately many black women are content with accepting obesity,
    lackluster personality, and illness as a part of growing older. Plastic
    surgery – “Black women don’t do that!!! Get outta here, we have no reason
    to accept that mediocrity in life, and I just love to see women – any women
    but especially black women since I’m black – claiming our place in society
    as the women worthy of being acknowledged as beautiful just like any other
    race of women! We’ve got to do better in regards to taking care of
    ourselves (as a whole) and I love and am so inspired by trailblazers such
    as yourself. As we progress as a people, I see women like you as pioneers,
    leading the way for those of us seeking this path.

      trailblazer! You will have to set standards for those that admire you from
      afar. Don’t be shy to let women around you know exactly how you feel about
      being healthy and living a longer vibrant life! You will have some haters
      as I have, women won’t include you in their circles and they will talk

    Just finished watching your vid. YOU ARE FANTASTIC, lady! I am 56 and
    always on the lookout for inspiration and you definitely provided it. 50’s
    are hard. My bod started falling apart and my once flat stomach turned into
    a poochy pouch of lard. Then I got hypothyroid and KAPLOOEY. That was it!
    I’m now recovering and really watching my diet. Plate consists mostly of
    fresh veggies and a little chicken or fish. Refined Sugar less than 15gms
    a day (I know…still sounds like a lot but…) You look totally
    beautiful! I am definitely gunna try your walk and wrap regimen. I
    currently lift 5-8 lb weights 3 times a week and do a lite zumba workout 30
    min a day. My health is pretty good. Blood sugar and bp excellent but just
    wanna get back my 25-26″ waist and 35″ hips again. Thanks so much for your
    video and please, keep in touch! You are a great encouragement!

      +Gina Sigman Thanks doll! I totally agree with the 15gms of sugar, I have
      one tablespoon of honey which is 17grms of sugar and i’ve still managed to
      lose weight. I think it’s more of the other junk food that’s really harmful
      and loaded with sugar. Congratulations on overcoming the hypothyroid. Once
      I was tested with a high thyroid and I decided to go on a 30-day sugar
      detox, then got tested again and it was in normal range, I never filled my
      prescription! It’s hard with the menopause, i’m in the gym for 2hrs
      everyday, I actually have newer videos on my channel that reflect what I
      look like today, this video is almost 5yrs old!

    Damn, you look good girl!!! I’m 54 and I’m down 3 sizes. I do isometrics
    and now I walk, too. I also am just more active in my day-to-day life. I
    have lots of muscle tone naturally but want smaller abs, arms (those are
    now flabby), butt and slimmer thighs. I don’t believe that wraps will do
    it for me.

    I’m 55, 160pnds, I love my weight but my body dose not, hahahahaha, so I
    have to lose weight 135pnds is a little skinny for me , but I guess it’s
    okay, I’m 5’4″ I like my rounded curves, hahahah I used to be sooo skinnny,
    now I’m loving the weight, but for health sake, I have to lose about
    25pnds, I’m not happy about that, hahahahah.

    don’t delude yourselves ladies – no amount of “wrapping” over the age of 50
    will get you to where she is. the CORRECT amount of calories and macros,
    some heavy resistance training, some cardio, and in her case – possible
    body contouring – will get you there.

      Nope… Never! I have not had any body contouring, i’m in the gym 5 days a
      week lifting pretty heavy, and also doing cardio 2 to 3xis a week as well.
      Wrapping and corset training has shrunk my waist quite a bit, not kidding!
      That’s why women do corset training…. look it up you might be surprised.

      just how heavy you lift. There seems to be a misconception that if a woman
      lifts anything more than 5 pounds, she’ll end up looking like a freak.

    blessed to not look it but the body could be better you have encouraged me
    to get back in shape and to use my gym in my house for what it was intended
