    I completely agree with where you said that switching over to whole
    grain/wheat/multi-grain carbs is what helped you lose weight. I moved to
    the UK in the summer just past, and in the space of 3 months I dropped 17
    pounds just from substituting white bread for brown, white rice for brown
    rice, etc. etc. It definitely has a huge impact! x

    THANK YOU. I GOT SOME EXTRA TIPS. I WAS WEIGHING MYSELF EVERY DAY. I USED
    TO BE 360 POUNDS IN 2000, THEN GAVE UP ALL JUNK FOODS, SUGARS, CARBS AND
    FRIED FOODS. IT WAS CALLED A PALEO DIET. IN TWO YEARS HAD LOST 150 POUNDS.
    MY WEIGHT HAS BEEN UP AND DOWN BECAUSE OF MEDS AND LAST JUNE 2013, I WAS
    270, TODAY I AM 249. I AM DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING. ONLY EATING WHEN I AM
    HUNGRY BUT NOT PAST 6PM. THE MEDS THAT I TAKE REQUIRE ME TO EAT AT 8AM,
    1PM, & 8PM SO I JUST DO SNACKS LIKE APPLES OR VEGETABLES. THE POSTED
    PICTURE WITH MY COMMENT WAS ME AT 270. I REALLY ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO.

    and if walking begins to get boring, add an audiobook, then you will look
    foreward to walking to get to listen to the book again, and you don’t
    notice how long you’ve walked either. (but be safe when walking in a unsafe
    place with earplugs, pay attention to your surroundings)

      +kathy jo tourtois I know this comment is probably irrelevant now that it
      is a year on from your comment but Brooke knows Brooke, you didn’t see much
      at all of the before photos and just because she may seem small to you,
      doesn’t mean she felt small herself. You aren’t the one waking up in her
      body and `you may weigh more or you may weigh less but she felt sick of it
      and she changed. I am quite impressed with her progress and if all you can
      take from this helpful video is that he didn’t ‘look’ fat enough before,
      then you wasted 18 minutes for nothing.

      Yeah but five pounds leads to ten the before you know it you have 100
      pounds crept on unless you learn how to maintain a heathy weight. It is not
      about losing it is about a healthy eating plan to keep from gaining .
      Believe me ! I have been there and as far as losing that is easy, this
      advice is very valuable because it is something you can live with and that
      is important because most people that lose gain it all back and sometimes
      more
