This channel just lost its credibility! Obviously there is some undisclosed
sponsorship involved here (something that will be outlawed soon in the UK
by the Advertising Standards Authority). There is NO SUCH THING as a
“detox” or a “cleanse” (try googling “detox myth” yourself). While the
product itself may be good quality (albeit extremely expensive), they
should not make these false claims. The body benefits most from a
long-term, *consistent* healthy diet. This doesn’t mean you have to eat
salads all day – simply keep your intake of sugar, salt and fat within
recommended daily amounts, and avoid processed food (make your meals from
scratch using fresh ingredients). If you need to lose weight, ensure your
food consumption provides a caloric deficit. Pro tip: ensure you have
enough protein (at least 120g) with each meal, which will make you feel
fuller for longer. Save your money – don’t fund these modern-day faith

Again, if you feel that your body is contaminated with “heavy metals” then
please see a medical professional immediately, they can test for these
things with simple blood tests (they are often painless).

The water contamination you are talking about is in parts per billion, if
you feel like this can negatively affect you use a water distillation
system they are very affordable costing just a few hundred dollars. Though
trace amounts should be safe more research needs to be done on the subject,
and don’t bring up the fish in the potomic because we don’t know if the
cause and effect is properly linked. Perhaps this happens with other fish
      too naturally.

+Corrina Rachel I already recommended to avoid processed food. Urban Remedy
doesn’t make any claims that the fruit and veg they use is any different to
the produce you can find in your local supermarket. Surely you aren’t now
advising people to drink these juices exclusively, instead of water, are
you? Moderating or eliminating alcohol, caffeine and tobacco are obvious
ways to improve your diet/health, so I don’t see why it’s relevant to this
discussion. Please explain what any of this has got to do with the vital
      need for these drinks?

+Corrina Rachel Toxins get discarded of our body soon after they enter.
Granted, they do the damage in between, and “detox” helps rebuild sources
and will definitely help to make us stronger, but it’s not actually
detoxifying anything. Our own waste ( sweat, poop etc ) they are not toxic.

I never EVER said anything about replacing water with juice that’s
insane!!!!!!! They are using organic veggies and cold-pressing them, which
is better than regular juicing for retaining nutrients. Yes people could
home-make all their juices, but some people have more money than time so
this would be a better option for them.

Is there enough natural enzymes in these drinks that help digestion? Some
how I recollect that juicing is better for this cause it is fresh. I stand
to be correct. I hope to be wrong cause who has time to juice on a regular

    • Corrina Rachel

      January 9, 2015 at 7:26 am

Enzymes are very delicate and many will be destroyed by a regular juicer.
Cold Pressing preserves better, but probably nothing compares to fresh.
Juicing is great but eating whole fruit and veggies is also great bc you
      get the fiber that way!!

You just drink them!! They are numbered, so you drink them in order about 2
      hours apart. 🙂

I don’t live in the US to get this juices which is very sad! I want them!
How can I make one that could be like similar to them?

    • TheBeautyRoom99

      February 3, 2015 at 4:56 am

Make your own ! 🙂 purchase an inexpensive juicer cheapest would be 25-30$
and juice your favorite fruits and veggies so you can do it anytime you want

      February 3, 2015 at 7:05 am

+TheBeautyRoom99 Yes I actually have the NutriBullet! Thanks a lot!

    • OneErica

      January 21, 2016 at 10:09 am

+Marcia Pze Nutribullet is not a juicer.

    • Marcia Pze

      January 22, 2016 at 12:34 am

+OneErica but it can be done there right?

    • OneErica

      January 22, 2016 at 3:21 pm

+Marcia Pze Nutribullet is just a blender that blends stuff better than a
regular blender would. You need a juicer to extra the pulp from the
      fruit/veggies, leaving just the liquid

There’s only one of those juice cleansing companies in my country and a
    cleanse is 500$ 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

    • Kittiiplum

      June 11, 2015 at 2:12 pm

      +Fatima .N I did a juice cleanse for $110 dollars. I bought a Breville
JE98XL Juice Fountain Plus for $60 dollars on Ebay, and I bought a week’s
worth of produce to make 4 cups of 16 ounces of juice a day for $50 dollars
at Walmart. Now whenever I want to do a week’s worth of juicing, I just
spend $50 dollars on produce. This site will charge me $374 dollars for
that. That’s 7 weeks worth of juice, but that’s their price for 5 days
worth of juice. It really is cheaper to do these things yourself.

    • Corrina Rachel

      September 22, 2015 at 3:44 pm

Yup– it’s way cheaper to juice your own veggies. The convenience is what
      costs so much!!!

Hello there, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the
Fenoboci Diet Plan? My cooworker says it helps people lost plenty of
weight. Is that possible? I also heard numerous excellent review about this
    diet plan. Thoughts?
