    hey hey! Have you tried – batama weight loss adept (should be on google
    have a look)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my auntie

      I see mixed reviews on coffee. Apparently 3 cups like I drink every morning
      is too much, but a cup is ok. The cream and sugar is probably not going to
      help you. I use cinnamon and a little bit of milk.

    i have another question i used to be 298 pounds ive lost 80 pounds back in
    2013-2014 then i gave up i put back 266 pounds can i still be able to lose
    that weight again and my belly gettin big but im tryin my hard to get down

    I’m 13 and I’m 220 pounds I can barely find anything in juniors section of
    the store. Can someone help me please!?

      Your best bet is to do the simplistic most basic but most affective way.
      Eat well. Eat eggs, oatmeal, or a protien shake,fruit. Lunch eat stuff like
      a sandwich with whole wheat meat, real cheese no mayo fruits veggies things
      like that. Dinner just try to eat more veggies some chicken or beef maybe
      some whole grain avoid pasta. Only drink water. Never avoid breakfast.
      Check the nitrition label and use that portion size. Talk to your parents
      also

      ok, the American, high protein high fat diet does not work. America has the
      highest obesity rate. Try searching up high carb low fat lifestyles. Diets
      do not work lifestyles do. Don’t calorie restrict, you will crave high fat
      foods.

    Watching this video I really want to share this because I spent many years
    switching from diet to diet without experiencing any real results until I
    discovered Dianas magic plan (i found it on google). It is without a doubt

    Diet Plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan kept appearing here on different
    videos and I thought they were scam. However after my friend follow it, and
    finally lost plenty of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m
    persuaded. Do not take my word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on the
    internet.

    Hey, of the many fat loss diets that I have ever tried, the only one that
    made a
    difference for me was Adams fat code (just google it). Truly the most
    workable program that just worked.

    search. In just a very number of days I shed an unbelievable 18 plus
    pounds. It’s the best weight loss plan I’ve actually seen and it sure works

    The nutritionist shouldn’t be giving advice. How is she recommending eggs
    to a fat person? the cholesterol intake is insane. Her diet is high fat and
    high protein and low carb. How does this make sense to anyone

    I can see every face the nutritionist is making and I’m reading her mind.
    Like most unhealthy people this lady is LYING about her eating habits and
    trying to make herself not seem as bad but the nutritionist can see right
    through it and she’s just making herself look like most people-full of
    excuses. I hope she has changed.
