    Thanks, I may give this a try after doing squats and lightweight deadlifts.
    There is a barbell pad at my gym.

    you can find a useful free video presentation by a recognized medical
    doctor teaching on how you can reduce fat. This made it easier for Sheila
    to reduce her abdominal fat. I will probably give it a try. It might help

    Yep I agree. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing

    i was the same, but actually isolating your glutes and making them firing
    better automatically makes you a better squatter when you go back and
    squat.

    I wouldn’t mess with that physio ball version until I was plenty strong.
    Fastest way to get a crazy injury is getting too happy with that physio
    ball!
