Glad you liked it! Good on you for getting into a healthy lifestyle. You
may also like to try my ‘fast fitness 4 minute’ workout video – it’s not
only for women, I just pitch to women as most men prefer to listen to male
trainers. It’s a good basic all round workout. Do it 3 times in a row and
it will be a great addition to a running program. Good luck! Cheers, Fiona

Thanks! I’m glad you like it. My motto is always to keep it really simple.
I can tell you, I don’t even want to think about exercise, but if it’s
quick and simple I’ll do it more often. Cheers, Fiona

Hi, This is not sport specific, but a general basic level program. It does
not focus on balancing/sturdiness specifically, but the term ‘body balance’
is used here in the sense that it is an all over body workout, hence a
balanced program. It will however help some people with strength and
sturdiness, but if you are already playing soccer, I suspect you may need
something more challenging than this. Cheers, Fiona
