    @davitodude Running is also a great option — but its not the ONLY option
    to help you lose stomach fat :)

    threadmill is boring running in the open is natural and keep u interested

    @tigermancall Absolutely! Running outside is a great way to change up your
    workout and keep you interested!

    @vanessadaly1992 You are pulling too much with your neck – you want to pull
    up with your core – try to relax your neck when you do the movement.

    do you have any good tips to help relax the neck muscles and be sure to
    pull up with your core instead? I’m having a lot of trouble with form…

    @SingingDreams09 treadmills make it easier for you to run, which means less
    calories burned. I will say that if you have a hard time running i would
    start out on a treadmill and then go to real running. If you do run on a
    treadmill try to run outside at least 2 times a week to build up your

    @SuperAnneful you should do this and other exercises that will make your
    workout routine last at least 30 mins … I have free fitness videos on my
    channel so you can do mine and this and it would combine to be about 30

    @AutumnBaybee it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to SEE results but your body
    will be going through the transformation the day that you start. Yowill
    have to continue working for months to get yourself to where you want and
    then you can just maintain it. If you have any other questions just reply

    Okay so about 10-15 reps, but how many sets? Usually it’s 3 but is it
    really?

    Start out with as many as you can do….if you can, start with 3 and then
    work up from there!
