I hope my story inspires you.
Like many of you all, I struggled to lose weight. I had tried 1000 diets but I couldn't seem to stay motivated. I always have been heavier than my peers but my weight continued to soar during high school and college.
Summer 2012, I was 228 pounds! I decided to diet once more….At this time, I did not document my journey but with strict dieting and exercise, I got down to 200. Thanksgiving and Christmas through me off my journey and by January I was up to 207.
January, I decided to make a lifestyle change instead of dieting. I downloaded myfitnesspal and began to count calories. I met amazing people here and decided to create an Instagram to show my journey in pictures. I have received so much support from these two social networks.
I am now down to 184 putting me at a total of 44 pounds! Though I am not at my final destination, I hope my journey thus far inspires you!
