    you do not need to make it so complicated…just keep it 100% LOW FAT WHOLE
    FOOD PLANT BASED!!!! NO OIL!!!!! NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS!!!! EAT NOTHING THAT
    SCREAMS, POOPS OR BLEEDS!!!! Not only will this keep u lean, it will
    reverse disease/keep u healthy for a lifetime!!!

      Linda Lawrence I eat all that and I’m fine. My body fat percent is 18% for
      a female that’s fairly lean and your shouting that to get that I have to
      eat grass. People need to stop forcing plant based diets on everyone. I’m
      responsible and buy local because those farms I trust and that doesn’t make
      me the devil.

    tya…oil is not a health food…when speaking of fats, there is such a
    thing as fat in plants ie, avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut, ect. oil is toxic
    and damages endothelium (inner lining of arteries).

      video of circulating blood following ingestion of oil or fat and u will see
      what happens to the blood cells; the viscocity changes, making rbc’s stick
      together and slowing circulation for 6 hours postprandial…this is not a
      healthy state of being. fat and oil damage inner lining of arteries
      (endothelium), period.

    easy to be a fat vegan…..u can eat chips and drink soda and call urself
    vegan….I’m referring to WHOLE-FOOD PLANT BASED, there is a huge
    difference there…and speaking of personal choice, the tortured, abused
    animal’s personal choice is to live….ur personal choice is more to be
    comfortably disconnected to what ur consuming, because if uthought about it
    and agreed to support the evil meat and dairy industry, it would make u
    less human…which is absolutley fine. at least the animals gets some
    revenge by promoting chronic disease in humans by animal consumption of
    their dead, slimey, decaying, bacterial/exogenous hormone-laden
    flesh….believing its a superior protein source when just the opposite is
    true…cheers!!

      milk are involved in alot of store bought or manufactured food…need to
      read ingredients very carrefully..

      creamer but is coconut milk based. As for me, I take my coffee like I take
      my men….black and strong 😉

      I eat eggs, that come from chickens my grandpa owns. They’re happy, female
      chickens and they have eggs every day. & honestly I love eggs. But other
      than that I don’t eat meat. But on a side note, I had a grandfather who
      lived to be in his 90s, ate meat all day everyday. Never had disease. Was
      always a fit man, as well. So I really doubt meat causes disease, sounds
      more like just another thing vegans use to sell their point. BUT, cruelty
      free really is the more considerate way to go.

    what are your thoughts on “clear American” water. since it’s bubbly,
    clearly not a great alternative to water? or is it OK? I’m trying to lose
    weight and getting tired of plain water. I have 40 to go and you’re my new

      I’m not a nutritionist, so I don’t know whether artificial sweetners have
      negative side-effects on weightloss, but if the nutrition label on the
      drink says that it’s zero calories, that’s good enough for me.

      Selena CM Sugar free sweetened things make people crave sweet foods. In
      addition some new research shows drinking this stuff with your meals mucks
      up your metabolism.

      ohsnapitstheresa or go Keto. It’s whatever your body responds too but
      basically eating less will slow your metabolism and you won’t lose weight
      at all. I went from eating 1250 cal to 1800-1925 a day and in two months I
      lost 10 lbs (keeping same workout routine)

    What about cheese and meat?

    I only lost fat when I went vegan. Once I started to look at meat and dairy
    products as not just bad for my health but also the environment and the
    animals, I no longer wanted to eat fatty foods containing meat or dairy.

      I only lost weight when I stared transitioning to vegan. I have PCOS do
      it’s really hard for me to loose weight. I’ve tried many different things
      however a raw vegan diet with a few cooked potatoes is only what’s been
      helping me.

      weight.
      It has nothing to do with what source (vegan or omnivorous) those calories
      come from.
      A mug (one portion) of chicken broth has 20 calories, do you really think
      that will prevent people from losing weight or even make them fat just
      because it’s made with meat?
      Come on now.

      Don’t mix the two topics of animal welfare and nutritional science when
      you’re talking about what is best for weight loss.

      healthy then make a lifestyle choice not a diet change for a few months.
      And I’m life you can take a week off and eat cookies and drink beer. Just
      remember after the week to get back on track

    I think this video is completely outdated. The information in it is what my
    gymnastics teacher would tell me in the 90s. I don’t follow these rules and
    have lost 20 lbs while gaining muscle in a safe time (6 months).

      Ameera Albader honestly I think she’s just saying things that people
      already know or going to extremes like no alcohol. Sure beer because of the
      carbonation is bad however I drink wine almost every day and I’m actually
      in a pretty big bulk where I’m eating 2000-2500 cal a day and I’m still
      losing weight. Carbs aren’t bad and she paints the picture that it is. We
      need good fats and carbs for energy. There is a different between carbs
      that come from straight sugar and artificial sweeteners. Also most juices
      like watermelon water are high in carbs because of the naturally occurring
      sugars in the fruit. It’s not processed therefore the body is able to
      absorb it better. I personally drink juices intra workout especially on
      heavy lifting days like my leg days because then I get the energy i need
      without having a full stomach from a meal. Most of what I’m doing comes
      from nutrition classes I’ve taken or from certified coaches I’ve hired in
      he past to help me cut (lose fat and keep muscle). I used to stop eating
      after 6pm and ruined my metabolism because someone one told me, much like
      this, on a YouTube video, that your body doesn’t process those carbs and
      foods so it stores as fat which biologically isn’t true. Especially because
      i have more muscle so i have to constantly feed them in order to not lose
      them

      +Tanya Arora Depends on a lot of factors.
      You can try and see if the added sugar stalls weight loss when you are
      eating a diet that has a mild caloric deficit. (like 200kcal less than you
      burn in a day).
      It greatly depends on your insulin sensitivity.

      I think that for everyone, regardless of insulin sensitivity, sugar is not
      helping you lose weight.
      Whether it prevents weight loss is another question.
